10 Books to Read This Summer

A summer night out feels nostalgic, replaced by many night-ins with wine and nose deep in pages. Summer reading has always been essential to us and now more than ever, we are reading books to better educate ourselves and continue the efforts of the Black Lives Matter movement. The protests might have subsided but the anti-racism education should and will not. In addition to our favorite genres, our new book recommendations give way to historical stories and novels. Check out these books on anti-racism that the team recently finished and more.

1. The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah

2. The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett

3. Minor Feelings by Cathy Park Hong

4. Beloved by Toni Morrison

5. The American Fiancée by Eric Dupont

6. The Fire Next Time by James Baldwin

7. Blue Ticket by Sophie Mackintosh

8. I’m Still Here by Austin Channing Brown
