Two months into quarantine and counting, we realized that fashion is one of the many things that keeps us distracted from the stressful times and motivate us to still look and feel fabulous at home. The weather is getting warmer and days are getting longer has everyone longs for summer. We even started browsing cute swimsuits to wear in the future. When getting dressed for work at home, we found ourselves reaching for shorts and t-shirts that are comfy and chic. Here are our WFH outfits of the week:
This has been my uniform on the weekend when I’m not actually WFH but more like when I’m biking around my neighborhood or going on walks. During the weekday, I’ve been wearing my Avery shirt unbuttoned with the matching Willow mini dress. This print and color puts me in such a good light mood. Really makes me appreciate the warm weather, the sunshine, being able to work from home and all around happy.
It’s been hot in LA so I’ve been wearing shorts every day. I love the Song of Style Maisie skort because it makes me feel put together without compromising comfort. I usually style it with a tank top and throw on a blazer or shirt for video calls!
The Michelle blouse is one of my favorite pieces from the collection because of its versatility. You can dress it up or down but no matter what you feel put together and chic. With the warm weather these days, I swapped my jeans for biker shorts. Dancing around in your living room is encouraged.
During the day, I’m mostly wearing some type of cardigan because I only get two hours of direct sunlight in my apartment and it gets chilly often. I’ve been alternating among my favorite cardigans and knit bottoms, aka my WFH outfit formula. The oatmeal color of this Lucien wrap sweater is easy-going and together creates a neutral look with these knit shorts. It even matches with my summer reads.
